Using this website

You may use this website for your own personal, lawful purposes: reading about the property, and contacting us about a stay. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, to gain access to any part of it that is not public, or to use it for anything unlawful.

The information on this site

We keep the descriptions, photographs and details on this site as accurate and current as we can. Photographs are representative of the accommodation rather than of one particular unit, and furnishings, layout and views vary between units. Availability and rates change, and nothing published on this site is a binding offer.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written agreement.

Enquiries and bookings

The form on our Contact page sends us a request, not a confirmed booking. No booking exists until we reply and confirm it in writing.

Our written confirmation is what sets the terms of your stay. It states the dates, the accommodation, the rate, what the rate includes, and any deposit, payment and cancellation terms that apply. Where that confirmation and this page differ, the confirmation is what governs your booking.

Rates and payment

Rates are those quoted in our written confirmation. Any accommodation or climate resilience levy that Greek law requires to be collected at the property is payable on site and is separate from the room rate, unless our confirmation says otherwise.

Changes and cancellations

If your plans change, please tell us as early as you can. Changes and cancellations are handled according to the terms set out in your written confirmation. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything on this page.

Your stay

Arrival and departure times, the number of guests each unit sleeps, and our house rules are confirmed with your booking. We ask guests to treat the property and other guests with the same care we try to show them, and we may ask anyone who does not to leave.

Our responsibility

We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Greek law.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, such as our Facebook page and an embedded map. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Chania, Crete have jurisdiction over any dispute. Consumers resident in the European Union may also raise a complaint with the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή, synigoroskatanaloti.gr).

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date it was last changed is shown below.
